Welcome to Jog on The Tyne!
Jog on the Tyne is the premier running network aimed at beginners and regular runners in Northumberland and the North East. Here you will find useful information regarding our training sessions, classes and events.
Jog on the Tyne offers running sessions for beginners and regular runners in Northumberland and the North East. It is our aim to create an ideal environment for our runners to improve their running confidence and ability as our sessions are supportive, safe and fun! All our sessions are led by UKA qualified run leaders and coaches; who are always on hand to offer support and advice to help you get the most out of your running. New Beginner courses starting in Hexham week commencing September 2015. 10 week running course taking you from point zero to 30 minutes of running in 10 weeks. An absolute bargain at £30. Sessions leave from the Wentworth Leisure Centre on: Wednesday 1830hrs /Tuesdays 0930hrs. See beginners section for more information.
